Low Carb Recipes For Great Health

Meal 1. Zucchini Pasta with Tuna Balls & Chunky Tomato Salsa

Chunky Tomato Salsa - Tomatoes, Onions, Garlic, Parsley and Coconut Oil

Tuna Balls - Can Tuna, Cheddar Cheese, Low Fat Mayo, Parsley and All Purpose Seasoning

Zucchini Pasta - Zucchini sliced with a potato peeler

Topped with Parmesan Cheese and Parsley

Meal 2. Flaxseed Bread - Gluten Free

Bread Ingredients: 150g/Small Pack Flax Meal/Grinded Flaxseed, 3 Whole Eggs and Tsp Baking Powder

Tuna Ingredients: 1 Can Tuna, Low Fat Mayo, Cayenne Pepper and Parsley

Other Ingredients: Low Fat Cheese, Pak Choy and Tomatoes

Low in Carbs, high in Protein, Fibre, Omega 3, 6, 9.

Meal 3. Juicing for best health

Beets, Carrots, Ginger and Cucumbers

Optional Ingredient:
For sweet taste add an Apple or Orange
