“Out D Box” easy to make smoothie

Sweet Potato Smoothie
1 small steamed sweet potato at room temperature
1 banana (frozen optional)
1 ½ cups coconut milk (cold optional)
1 scoop protein powder
1 tbs fresh chopped ginger
1 tsp honey (optional)
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 pinch all purpose seasoning

Wash, peel and steam the sweet potato
Wash and chop the ginger
Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend well

Note: This smoothie can be served at any temperature, cold, hot etc.
